... is designed to provide information to lawyers, judges, law professors, law students, and the public about important new developments in the law governing attorney's fees. I will regularly offer summaries and analyses of new court decisions.

The site should be particularly useful to attorneys seeking -- or opposing -- court-awarded attorneys' fees and to judges deciding such issues. To further assist the bench and bar, I serve as expert consultant, declarant, witness, and research/writer on matters related to attorney's fees.

This site was co-founded with William Rubenstein, a professor at UCLA Law School, who now tends to a site on class actions law .
